Today, Taiwan Apple Daily reported that Jerry and Wu Chun will play in "Basketball Fire" and both idols will compete both on the court and in front of the camera. As Wu Chun is busy filming "My Princess" and establishing his newly opened gym, Jerry uses this opportunity to study the script, to take acting classes, and to practice his basketball skills ahead of Wu. Jerry's agent, Zheng Mao Liang, didn't want to express much but only said, "It is still under discussion." Through his agent, Wu indicates, "Looking forward very much to working together."

Forces contact lens out, Wu Chun hurt his right eye

Fahrenheit member, Wu Chun injured his right eye & was covered with gauze around it. He was spotted in Hongkong Airport yesterday. He was on his way to Brunei (transit in HK from Taiwan). The hoard of fans waiting for him at the airport expressed their concern about his injury.

Wu Chun said: "Because i'm unable to remove my contact lens, i tried to force it out & it broke as a result." The shattered bits was stuck in his eye & he was sent to A & E (Accident & Emergency) for treatment. At that moment, he was scared stiff as he thought he's going to be blind.

Wu Chun took leave from filming for his latest idol drama, Romantic Princess as he had to go back to Brunei to settle some matters regarding his gym.

He arrived HK the day before to meet his dad before going back together. When he tried to remove his contact lenses, he can't as he wore his contact eyes for too long. He tried to apply force & try to remove the lenses but to his horror, the lens broke & the shattered bits remained in his right eye. He was in pain & teared uncontrollably.

He was rushed to the A & E and even after resting at the hospital for around an hour, his condition didn't improve. An eye specialist was called to inject him with anaesthetic.

Wu Chun's short-sightedness is around 500 degrees & was advised by the specialist not to wear contact lenses for 2 weeks.

Fortunately, he's on leave this week & is able to rest his eyes.

He expressed that the pain had already subside & he mentioned that the medical expenses in Hongkong is expensive. He spent around NT 18,000.

Romantic Princess is slated to finish filming by end of July. After which, Wu Chun will start his next project, "Basketball Fire", together with Jerry Yan. Jerry Yan is currently preparing for his role in "Basketball Fire" & had sought director Tsai Yueh Hsun to direct the drama. This was confirmed by Tsai Yueh Hsun's wife.

Jerry Yan's popularity increase after filming in "Meteor Garden". "The Hospital" is a breakthrough for him. Coincidentally, the director for both dramas is Tsai Yueh Hsun.

The both of them had built trust, understanding & are familiar with each other whereas as for Wu Chun, Director Tsai Yueh Hsun said that till date, he don't really know Chun.

Fahrenheit member, Wu Chun, is narcissistic.

Fahrenheit member, Wu Chun’s popularity is soaring after starring in Taiwan idol drama, Hana Kimi.

When all the members of Fahrenheit are together, their charisma is astonishing. Even Japan’s 2nd biggest beverage manufacturing company, Suntory, has specially requested Fahrenheit to endorse C.C. Lemon.

They were also asked to sing the theme song for the commercial. The boys are full of youth & vigor & can easily attract both the young & the old (mainly women from Hong Kong & Taiwan).

Arron Yan disclosed a secret, that is, Wu Chun is narcissistic & often boast to the rest: “The Chinese population in Brunei is very small, I’m the most handsome, my cousin is Brunei’s top 10 most beautiful!”

Eavesdropping the conversation between Arron & the reporter, Chun blushed & denied: “Since when did I say that?”

Funny Ella Chen & Wu Chun at "Hana Kimi" Press Conference

Sunday April 29, 2007

Wu Chun and Ella Chen promote 'Hana Kimi'

First, she rested her head on his shoulder. Then, she whispered into his ear. The final straw: She slapped his butt. Suggestive moves by Ella Chen, of Taiwanese girl band S.H.E. Her target? Wu Chun (吴尊), 27, of new boy band Fahrenheit, who plays her love interest in the popular idol drama 'Hanazakarino Kimitachihe (花样少男少女)'.

The couple have been rumoured to be dating since filming together last year. They also played lovers in the series' theme song by S.H.E.

Fans have also been rooting for the singletons to hook up. But when you put their intimate exchange in context, you realise they are just buddies.
There was no hint of romance as they bickered and teased each other.

When asked if there are sparks between them, an impish Ella, 25, replied: 'I really like Wu Chun!'
Leaning over to rest her head on his left shoulder for dramatic effect, she added: 'See, we've gone public.'
But you know she had to be joking.
For they went on to dish the dirt about each other.

But not before whispering into each other's ears for permission first.Wu Chun, who hails from Brunei, revealed of his co-star: 'She wears colourful underwear and she'd lift up her shirt to show us during filming.'

Ella then went on to discuss Wu Chun's choice of white undies and poked fun at how he once wore black briefs under white shorts.'

His butt is so round, but mine is so flat. I'm bo ka ceng (Hokkien for no backside) while he's dua ka ceng (big backside).'

As if to demonstrate her point, Ella made Wu Chun stand next to her so that we could compare their bums.

Then, the unimaginable happened.

While photographers clicked away, Ella reached out her left hand and slapped Wu Chun's right butt cheek.

He jumped in surprise, but did not protest. Both of them laughed it off.
Was Ella just playing tit for tat?
After all, Wu Chun got away with grabbing her chest in the show.

She plays a girl who cross-dresses to enter a boys' school. But he discovers her identity when he had to carry her in one scene, which took seven NGs (retakes) to complete.

He said: 'The director told me I must be bold enough to touch Ella's chest... So I deliberately (did the) NG many times.'

And how did Ella feel? 'Itchy,' she said, with embarrassment.

When Wu Chun expressed surprise, she shot back: 'Of course I felt something. Do you think I'm a block of wood? But I also felt embarrassed, so I hid in one corner after the filming.'

Ella was clearly more comfortable facing the media - she has had six years of showbiz experience - while Wu Chun seemed rather bashful.

Both said they worked well together. Ella was like a big sister who took care of everyone, added Wu Chun.
Any chance of romance blossoming between them?
Ella said: 'Relationships require time, but both of us are just too busy, so we leave it to the future. But if Wu Chun makes the first move, maybe.'
Turning to Wu Chun, she teased: 'So how? Do you want to woo me?'

His shy response: 'How would we know what's in the future?'

Hundreds of Fans Crowd Around Fahrenheit at Hong Kong Airport

Thursday November 2, 2006 Hong Kong

In the recent years, the Taiwanese wave has caught on with Hong Kong and may even have the potential of the Korean wave. Last year was F4 and this year is 183 Club. Hong Kong girls are now infatuated with Taiwanese group Fahrenheit, that consists of Arron, Wu Zun, Jiro, and Calvin. Yesterday the three of them arrived at Hong Kong, attracting hundreds of fans at the airport. They screamed once they saw their idols and rushed up to touch them.

Fans even had 10 vans and taxis to chase after them to their hotels. The fans are mostly from Fahrenheit and Arron's Hong Kong fanclub. They felt really depressed and hurt that Arron couldn't come to Hong Kong due to his injury. But seeing the other three members of Fahrenheit helped lift the mood again.

Because Arron had injured his foot while practicing for a dance in Taiwan, only the other three members will be attending the "Wild Day Out Concert" tomorrow.

Fahrenheit joked, "Although Arron isn't able to participate in this performance in Hong Kong, his spirit will still be with us. Maybe a performance by us three will be even more interesting!" It is said that Fahrenheit will be having a fan meeting out in the sea.

They also disclosed that fans that weren’t able to get close enough to them, ended up throwing their presents to them, luckily the presents did not hit their heads. Fahrenheit then advised fans not to do that anymore and to make sure that everyone is safe.

Fahrenheit's Chest Is Only For Acting, Jiro To Give His 1st Onscreen Kiss

Fahrenheit's Chest Is Only For Acting, Jiro To Give His First Onscreen Kiss

The exposure of WU ZUN's revealing model pictures had alarmed fans. The other FAHRENHEIT member, WANG DONG CHENG (Jiro Wang) also has a well-toned body. His "war" with Wu Zun is also a hot topic. Therefore, their company decided to ban Fahrenheit to only allow them to show their chest for filming. Otherwise they are cannot show their chest. Yesterday Jiro Wang was in an island to film the sequel of "It Started With a Kiss" (ISWAK II). No one could convince Jiro to take off his shirt so Jiro jokingly pulled up his jacket to create amusement.

Yesterday afternoon Jiro was busy filming for ISWAK II. He filmed in the restaurant and then the beach. He also went down to the water and played. Because his company had banned him to show his chest, Jiro teased and pretended to take off his shirt doing sexy moves.

Forgives the 17 year-old

In the original drama, Jiro falls in love with LIN YI CHEN (Ariel Lin), but in the end he never won her heart. However in this sequel the crew had organized Jiro to pair up with a mixed-blood 17 year old model, Elizabeth, to play the daughter of a restaurant owner. In one scene, Elizabeth was to knock the door and Jiro was to open it. Unfortunately, just this tiny scene took 1.5 hours to complete. Jiro did not blame Elizabeth and said she's a newcomer and it's forgettable. The director also agrees. She did decent on her first day, and when she was required to cry, she cried immediately.

Soon Jiro will give Elizabeth his first onscreen kiss. He joked and said that he hasn't had a girlfriend in a long time. However, Elizabeth is still not an adult. He joked and said hopefully by the time they kiss she'll be 18.

Fahrenheit, the Next Group With a Concert at Indonesia

Sunday March 4, 2007 Taiwan

Fahrenheit, who has just released one album, has become the most popular group of the year, with some effect from the dramas they starred in. Like F4, they are ready to go to Indonesia for their concert. In a poll on a Chinese website, Wu Zun was voted as the 7th most handsome guy, beating Leehom Wang.

Fahrenheit had only released one album since last September, but their charm is like a fever that spread to overseas as well. After F4, they are the next group to have a concert at Indonesia with only one album. The concerts are planned for the 31st at Jakarta and Hong Kong in April. Taiwanese fans and even Japanese fans are fighting for the tickets and booking their plane flights to see them.

Moreover, on Baidu's "Top 10 Handsome Guy" poll, you will also notice Fahrenheit's popularity. Jay Chou won first place with 255,000 votes. Next is Fahrenheit (91,554 votes), winning over the "always handsome" Andy Lau, Nicholas Tse, Wilber Pan, and Lee Jun Ki from Korea.

Besides the group, Wu Zun was also on the chart by himself. He recieved 7th place with 65,000 votes. Next in line are Mingdao, Edison Chen, and Leehom Wang. Regarding these results, Fahrenheit said, "Wherever we go, we are frightened. We never thought we would have that much support from all of the fans. We really hope we can have more time to spend with the fans." Because they care about their fans, the four of them are competing to see who remembers the fans' names and faces.

Their second album is planned for release in the summer. Because their drama contracts are unceasing, their company also has to squeeze out time for them to film advertisements. They could only snatch out a short time to try new songs. After "Zhong Ji Yi Jia", Jiro Wang also has "It Started With a Kiss 2". Jiro wrote on his blog yesterday that even though he is very busy and tired, he still thanks his mother for her support. He has to replace his father, who already is in heaven, to take care of his mother. With these words, it caused many netizens to become teary and support Fahrenheit even more.

Fahrenheit Rumored to Have Split Up

Wednesday April 18, 2007 Taiwan

Taiwan pop boy group Fahrenheit is said to have split up because both Wu Chun (Wu Zun) and Jiro Wang Dongcheng want to be the 'leader' of the band. Wu Chun supposedly is going to leave the band to develop his solo career.

Two years ago, drama “Ko One” helped Jiro Wang Dongcheng, Aaron Yan Yalun, and Calvin Chen Yiru shoot to instant stardom and they founded Fahrenheit of which Jiro is the top leader. Last year, Wu Chun became famous after co – starring with Ariel Lin Yichen in “Tokyo Juliet” and Wu Chun joined the group. Later Wu Chun and Jiro starred in drama “Hanazakarino Kimitachihe”. Since Wu Chun is the leading actor while Jiro is the supporting actor, Wu Chun is considered to be the most popular member in Fahreheit which upsets Jiro. After the drama “Hanazakarino Kimitachihe” or “Hana Kimi” aired, Wu Chun got even more popular and became the most bankable advertising star in Fahrenheit.

Recently, Wu Chun has lots of rumors such as he has one illegitimate son and he is engaged. Wu Chun’s agent replies that Wu Chun will not get married until 35 years old. Wu Chun admits that the group will record albums together, but they won’t do other things together such as acting and endorsing products.

As to Jiro, he says that they will not split up until they have recorded 8 albums so there are at least 3 years before they split up.

Tuesday November 14, 2006 Taiwan

Taiwanese group Fahrenheit has been promoting themselves continuously throughout Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. Last time at Hong Kong, it was coincidentally Calvin's birthday. He received at least twenty cakes from the fans. He shouted that he wouldn't be able to finish them. Gluttonous Wu Zun is sealed as the 'food god' because he actually brings another suitcase to hold the snacks. Other than the food given from the fans, he can get food anytime and anywhere he wants from his 'food closet'. Calvin, who was in the same room as him, said Wu Zun's pants almost 'exploded'.

Moreover, Jiro received a huge doll from the fans. He insisted to carry it onto the airplane, catching many of the stewardess's attention. The three of them returned to Taiwan yesterday and will continue their activities with Arron.

Sam Wang wins over Takeshi Kaneshiro, Jerry won "Most Handsome Man of Taiwan"

Saturday March 17, 2007 Taiwan

Source: Liberty Times
March 16, 2007
summary by http://jerryskingdom.tk

Yesterday, "Bao Long" Jerry Yan grabbed the "Most Handsome Man of Taiwan" crown, while Wu Zun came in as very close second. However, 5566's Sam Wang surprisingly defeated Takeshi Kaneshiro in Rank 3, bringing questionable issues on the voting results, and gossipers calling out," How did Sam Wang possibly defeated Takeshi?"

Bao Long votes sharply increased to get the crown, Wu Zhun a close second

A few days ago, Yahoo conducted a 7-day voting poll on "Who is the most handsome man of Taiwan?" Yesterday when it closed, the voting results revealed that Bao Long got 22,448 total votes to grab the crown. while Wu Zun who was in Rank 2 only trailed behind by 2,000 votes. The website revealed that during the first six days of the voting, Wu Zun was the constant lead. It was only last night when Bao Long votes started to swarm in.

What was intriguing was when Sam Wang unexpectedly won over Takeshi. The common clamor was "How come Sam Wang came in to beat Takeshi?" Yesterday, there were even a number of people who sent fax messages requesting "to find out" why Takeshi lost, and recount all votes, regardless on where the votes came from. But Jerry's 60% votes were not all recorded, there were only some blank spaces." however, this statement is not yet confirmed.

On padding of votes, Bao long: doesn't need to

In view of the issues on the counting of votes, Yahoo PR Manager Wu Xiao Lan said that the website didn't have any working relationships with any of the artists and doesn't need to pad their votes. He also stressed that voters should be a Yahoo account user and followed the fair principles in the voting. Bao Long's manager Billy also said," Pad his votes? He doesn't have to !" He said that landing in the first slot will be a tremendous encouragement for Jerry.

Fahrenheit Drinks From The Same Bottle To Rebuff Rumors

Yesterday FAHRENHEIT attended to a new product endorsement function. Ultimately this function became a "clearing rumors" press conference. To rebuff disbandment rumors as well rumors of them not getting along, all four of them purposely drank from the same bottle. Recently WU ZUN has been rumored to have been losing hair. To prove that he's not wearing fake hair, he pulls in WANG DONG CHENG (Jiro Wang) to check his hair.

Endorsing Together: Clears Up Rumors

Fahrenheit's popularity has been rising in an alarming rate recently. Therefore rumors developed saying that they're not getting along and one of them wants to leave the group. Yesterday the four of them attended to their new endorsement function, "C.C.Lemon Juice" together. To prove that they are still like brothers and are together they drank from the same bottle. CHEN YI RU (Calvin Chen), the last to drink from the bottle, said in an exaggerated manner, "They all have really sweet saliva!"

Recent rumors of Wu Zun going bald has been a hot topic. He insisted that he still has a lot of hair and he also openly showed his hairline to the media reporters to prove it. He did not clear these rumors several days ago when he had the chance to because the organizer of the endorsements was around and he also accepted his salary. He said he felt sorry if he had to use the press conference to become a "clearing rumors" meeting when that was clearly not the purpose of the conference.

Arron Yan: Wu Zun's Fake Hair Did Not Fall Down

Last week Fahrenheit went to Kenting to film a commercial. In the scenes Fahrenheit were required to play beach volleyball together. YAN YA LUN (Arron Yan) joked, "We all had a great time. When it was Wu Zun's turn to strike the ball, his fake hair didn't fall out!"

Host Gao Ling Feng Bullies Fahrenheit, Causes Uproar Within Fans Sunday January 21, 2007 Taiwan

Sunday January 21, 2007 Taiwan

Host Gao Ling Feng Bullies Fahrenheit, Causes Uproar Within Fans

"CHAO JI DA YING JIA (Super Winners)", the Mainland China TV program that has caused many displeasurement from fans because of the rude host, chose popular idol band FAHRENHEIT as guests several days ago. To debunk rumors, Fahrenheit's manager explained that at that night GAO LING FENG, the host, was actually very concerned about Fahrenheit and in backstage he also helped WU ZUN massage, and the reason why fans were displeased with him is probably because GAO LING FENG'S way of joking was not the fans' cup of tea. Adding the part where he had called one of the member's nickname wrong, this had caused the fans' to be more furious.

When the first recording for the program began, sudden fireworks from the ceiling erupted. Fahrenheit's youngest member, YAN YA LUN (Arron Yan), who did not expect it to happen, looked up and fireworks immediately got into his eyes. Uproar within the fans was almost uncontrollable. Some fans even started to cry. Arron was immediately brought backstage. However, Gao Ling Feng was rather calm, and immediately said, "No matter if you're hurt, or walking, or driving, I'm still talking. Don't talk. Can you guys not talk? Don't talk. Why won't you host the show then?"

Within ten minutes, Arron appeared again, but his eyes were slightly red. "I thought I would go blind," he said.
Afterwards, as the recording of the program continued, the host Gao Ling Feng constantly called WANG DONG CHENG (Jiro Wang) "XIAO DONG" instead of his correct nickname "DA DONG". This has caused annoyance within the fans and they quickly shouted "It's Da Dong!" Jiro Wang immediately pounced in front of the elder Gao Ling Feng, and said that in front of something bigger can cause someone big to be small, and said, "You can just call me 'Xiao Dong'." (Note: "Da" means "Big" and "Xiao" means "Small".)

Afterwards Gao Ling Feng requested Wu Zun to do a "Thousand Hand Guanyin" dance, and it had once again caused disagreement within fans. They did not understand why he would want a man as handsome as Wu Zun to do such a performance. And Fahrenheit's manager SI REN CHENG explained, that because they were in a tight schedule at the time and said a lot of things that happened were last minute. He also added that Gao Ling Feng was actually really concerned about Fahrenheit. He expalined that on that day Wu Zun was not feeling well. While they were backstage, Gao Ling Feng even helped Wu Zun massage.

Fahrenheit, a new Taiwanese boy band that formed last year, became famous by singing in various idol drama OSTs. In a very short time their popularity has exceeded to not only Taiwan, but also Mainland China and Hong Kong. They hope that after this incident, everything can be settled peacefully.

Fahrenheit 'Teenage' & 'LIME' English Interviews

Saturday November 26, 2006 Taiwan

The interview of Fahrenheit in Singapore's magazine, Teenage.

Rising Temperatures!

With a name like FAHRENHEIT, you'd expect its members (consisting of Wu Chun, Calvin Chen, Jiro Wang and Arron Yan) to be nothing less than red hot. Thom Toh connects the wires and discovers just how warm and raucous the boys can get (minus Arron who is nursing a torn ligament)!

Thom Toh: Let's get the facts straight. Jiro and Arron are from Taiwan while Calvin is a Taiwanese
studying in Canada. Also, we have Chun, a Chinese from Brunei Darussalam who has modelled in Singapore. As a band, were there initial culture shocks?

Chun: Coming from Brunei, I found it quite a challenge tackling the language barrier in Taiwan. You can imagine how difficult it was for me to get accustomed to a Mandarin-speaking environment. Back home, I was used to speaking English with a smattering of Bahasa Melayu. At that time, I didn't even know when to roll my tongue at the end of certain Mandarin words. Actually, I'm still a little confused now, but its okay. (Laughs)

Calvin: The four of us got along like a house on fire and whatever concerns anyone of us harboured felt inconsequential after a while. We're all different yet alike, but we readily accept one another's character traits.

Jiro: Yeah, which was why we quickly got over Chun who kept calling Singapore as "Seen Chia Pour". He had the weirdest accent when we first met him. Sp, we kept trying to correct his enunciation, but to no avail! (Groans)

Chun: After a while, they just allowed me to speak whichever way I wanted to. That makes me sound more natural. Even when I was recording, I had to depend on the English spellings of the Chinese characters to pronounce the words correctly. It was rather tough but at least it helped me to get the job done!

Thom: Earlier on, Calvin mentioned your different character traits. How would you describe yourself?

Chun: I'm the kind of guy who takes time to warm up to strangers. It's highly unlikely for me to approach someone and hit it off immediately. Perhaps I worry too much, pondering over the repercussions or fretting over imagined scenarios. I am the classic worrier!

Calvin: You can say that I'm pretty independent. When I was still in Vancouver in 2004, I took part in a competition called Sunshine Boyz. My main motive was to win the air ticket to Taiwan to be with my family. I wanted to pay my way back home, through my own efforts. Of course, I eventually emerged as the champion of the competition and saw my dream come true - not just to see my folks, but also to become an artiste. Everything happened so smoothly and I have been extremely grateful ever since. And yeah, as for my studies, I still have a thesis waiting to be completed. Soon, very soon! (Laughs)

Jiro: I’m pretty much like Wang Da Dong (the character that he plays in the popular high school drama, KO One). In real life, I’ve always been loud and rowdy, so the character fit me like a glove. People kept asking how I immersed myself in the role, but actually I was just being me. (Laughs) But I do go through phases of highs and lows in my life too. Lately, I’ve become more sombre and everyone starts asking me if I’m fuming over something. I’m not, honestly! I’ve just begun to see how keeping a calm and collected front can bring about a good change in my life. But that leads me to a big problem, as I’m getting paranoid as to whether I should be a chirpy chap or a cool guy. Help… (Sighs)

Thom: Cool or chirpy, fast or slow? Do you prefer uptempo dance tunes or slower ballads?

Chun: Chirpy, uptempo numbers uplift the mood and get you on your feet to dance and party. On the other hand, expressive ballads like our Summer Snow tend to touch people emotionally.

Calvin: I’m alright with all sorts of genres as long as we connect with our listeners. If we are able to reach out to everyone, it’s all good. I believe that ballads have enough emotional depth to help people to reflect and reminisce about their part while fast numbers will make the listeners sit up and pay attention!

Jiro: Personally, I prefer fast tracks. They are packed with power, which is what Fahrenheit is about. These outbursts of energy keep us on a natural high to entertain the crowd. Even on stage, you will be able to see that our energy levels are different and our self-expressions distinguish us from one another and from any other boyband out there.

Thom: Has your social life suffered since you stepped into the limelight?

Chun: I do miss my family a lot more since I became an artiste. Because my to-do list is so long, I do not have as much time to spend with them.

Calvin: I also find it quite difficult to maintain my social ties, due to my topsy-turvy schedules. Thank goodness for MSN messaging! I don’t know how I would have survived if I didn’t have real-time access to my loved ones!

Jiro: Yeah, since becoming an artiste, I have realized how important relationships and family ties are. I may appear funny and offbeat outside, but deep within I am really sentimental softie (Laughs). I remember how my grand-aunt surprised me by bringing my young relatives to one of Fahrenheit’s performances. Their support really touched me!

Thom: It looks like all of you have had to pay your dudes in the name of fame.

Jiro: I try to think positively, though. At least I have learnt how to relate to people, namely the fans and the media. Also, I know how to present myself more confidently. Sure, I have to watch my every move since people may look up to me as a role model. As a result, I can’t be what I used to be. I can’t laugh out loud or crack crazy jokes in public for no rhyme and reason.

Chun: Please! All he wants is to chat up the girls.

Calvin: And visit all the pubs in Singapore!

Jiro: Stop spoiling my image! (Groans) But yeah, I would love to see Singapore because Chun has been telling us how wonderful it is there.

Chun: Don’t believe a word he says! He just want to talk to the girls!

Jiro: Shut up! We’ll talk to you another time, Thom! Thank you so much for talking to us! (There is a chorus of laughter as the interview gets cut off.)

Singapore's LIME magazine's interview with Fahrenheit.

WHO?
Fahrenheit, made up of four hunkalicious fellas, Calvin, Aaron, Wu Zun and Jiro.

SO WHAT?
Signed on by the same management arm that discovered F4, Fahrenheit are touted to be the next generation of teenage heartthrobs.

LIME: hot or cold?

Calvin: Like temperature, we've all got varying intensities. Aaron has piercing eyes and he's very quiet so people find him rather cold. Dong Cheng is the 'hottest' among us, simply because he's so jovial! People tell me that I've got a warm smile. Wu Zun is cool 'cos he's quite reserved and has melancholic eyes.

Wu Zun: I prefer summer to winter 'cos we can hit the beach and ogle at the babes!

LIME: hip-hop or pop?

Calvin: I love hip-hop and its rhythm especially when it's coupled with rap. I'm a fan of 50 Cent, Eminem and Nelly.

Wu Zun: I like both genres. It depends on my mood.

LIME: Discman or iPod?

Wu Zun: Or course the iPod. You can store lots of music and view photos and videos on it.

Calvin: I prefer the iPod 'cos it's so sleek and nice. Just like how I choose cars, looks come first!

LIME: lover or wife?

Calvin: Girlfriend. I'm addicted to the euphoria of falling in love. But when you're married, your wife feels more like a family member than a lover.

Jiro: I long to have a wife. I come from a really small family - it's just my mum and I. My job takes me away from my mum most of the time, it'll be great to give her a daughter-in-law to keep her company! And if my wife and I have a kid, the house will be much livelier!

LIME: football or sex?

Calvin: Can i play football with my girlfriend? That's the best scenerio. Haha!

Jiro: I'll do whatever my girlfriend wants first. I can always play football later with the guys.

Wu Zun: Between the two, I'd choose intimacy with my sweetheart. What else is better than that?

LIME: juice or booze?

Wu Zun: Juice of course. Drinking alcohol is no different from smoking. I try to do less of those stuff that's bad for my health.

Jiro: My mum has been making fresh fruit juice for me since I was a little so that's definitely my choice. As actors, we usually get packed lunches which are lacking in Vitamin C so a glass of juice in the morning would be good.

LIME: cash or pressies?

Jiro: Presents! There's this thrill you get out of opening a gift. I think people give cash out of laziness, 'cos they can't think of what to buy. But really, it's the thought that counts.

Calvin: It's nice to receive a present with a personal message written on it. It's so important to show sincerity in your gift.

Wu Zun: I've given someone cash and gone shopping together with her to pick out what she likes. That's the smartest and most efficient way!

Fahrenheit gathered on full strength for the first time, laughing and smiling to refute the rumours of bad relationship

Thursday May 17, 2007 Taiwan

Overall-in-charge for the clothes brand Sun Xiao Fei revealed on the night before that he wish to let Wang Dong Cheng who came from Advertising Design Faculty to lead the other three to participate in the process of Clothes designing.

Popular boy band Fahrenheit gathered for the first time the night before (9 May), four members appeared in Guangzhou to act as spokesmen for a popular casual clothes brand. Along in the contract is sweetie-pie Cyndi Wang. However, Cyndi Wang Xin Ling’s popularity cannot cover Fahrenheit’s. In the scene of the interview, the sound of fans outside the door shouting for “Fahrenheit” could be heard.

In the conference the night before, Fahrenheit firstly appeared in their fixed position, Wu Zun, Yan Ya Lun, Chen Yi Ru, Wang Dong Cheng standing in one straight line from left to right. But when they sat down to accept interview from the media, it changed to Wu Zun and Wang Dong Cheng sitting together, Chen Yi Ru and Yan Ya Lun sitting together. Within them, Chen Yi Ru and Yan Ya Lun kept acting as the role of spokesmen for the news, handling the media’s questions spontaneously. Wu Zun and Wang Dong Cheng were sitting aside joking, once in a while whispering, sniggering, presenting a very close and “old friend” like relationship, which seems to be trying to refute the recent rumours of not in good terms by action (rather than just plainly saying). The agency company in charge of handling Fahrenheit’s matters’ Dong Pin Cen, felt very helpless in regards to the bad terms rumours, “Because these four kids are too obedient, other than work, they will rest at home. There is no negative news about them, so the media could only report and say that they are in bad terms la.”

Preciously, “5566” were mentioning if Fahrenheit and other boy bands gaining fame will give them a lot of pressure, team leader Tony Sun Xie Zhi’s one sentence, “Temporary fame cannot actually show the whole problem, only the band that stays the longest in entertainment circle will be the winner”, which seems to have the meaning of criticizing Fahrenheit indirectly. When they were asked regarding this matter during the conference, Chen Yi Ru said, “We just have to compete with ourselves and show improvement, that will be enough, and four of us, we all four have different strong points, and have developments in TV, movie, music and other areas individually, so we do not have to worry.” Fahrenheit’s agency, Comic Production also revealed, this year they will consider to work on both Chen Yi Ru and Yan Ya Lun. Other than making a few dramas specially to fit them, they will also consider promoting both Yan and Chen in the drama co-operations with other companies. This is to prevent the ‘situation’ like that of F4 where the members have unequal popularity.

Being the most popular member in the band currently, Wu Zun was also in the centre of attraction that day. When asked by reporters if he was going to collaborate with Twins in a movie, Wu Zun reluctantly answered, "No. We met just for a chat." When more questions were asked on him and Stephan Chow’s (latest moves, personal profile) meeting and discussion, Wu Zun, who previously had generously admitted the previous time he came to Guang Zhou, changed his attitude suddenly, mumbled quietly for a while and could not reply on anything. But he was saved by Jiro Wang immediately answered and joked, "Actually the reason why Wu Zun went to Hong Kong is because I wanted him to get me Stephen Chow's signature."

Fahrenheit Storms Into Hong Kong; Fans Chase Them With 14 Vans

Popular Taiwanese boy band, FAHRENHEIT stormed into Hong Kong yesterday. Fans crazily chased after them. Fourteen vans were seen chasing after them. Fans went through many risks just to have a glimpse of their idol. Yesterday night the four of Fahrenheit attended to a opening ceremony of a new music label. They attracted to over 1,000 fans at Times Square in Causeway Bay. Soon afterwards they held a mini concert at Tsim Sha Tsui's Hard Rock Cafe.

WU ZUN of Fahrenheit was the first to arrive to Hong Kong. The other three members, WANG DONG CHENG (Jiro Wang), CHEN YI RU (Calvin Chen), and YAN YA LUN (Arron Yan) arrived to Hong Kong yesterday afternoon around 13:00. There were already over 100 fans at the airport waiting for them. Most of them had school uniforms on. In the beginning the security guards were planning to switch to go through a different customs gate to escape the fans but in the end they were discovered. The three members of Fahrenheit came out through the gates wearing caps. They smiled and waved to their fans causing the airport to erupt with screams.

It took them 15 minutes to go to the parking lot. In between there were many confusion and difficulties. Once they stepped into their vans, fans went into their own vans, a total of 14 vans, and chased after them. Immediately they got into a car race. Fans' car trapped the van Fahrenheit was in, one on the left and one on the right. The driver tried to escape from them but to no avail. Afterwards Fahrenheit stopped at Hong Kong's Harbour Plaza Metropolis Hotel and they stayed there. Soon they went to Hard Rock Cafe for a rehearsal. Fans were at the venue a week before the event to get good seats.

Over 1,000 Fans at Times Square

Fahrenheit's new music label, WOW Music, held their opening ceremony in Times Square yesterday evening. Also to the event were LO HAU YUM (Candy Lo), FAN XIAO XUAN (Mavis Fan), TANK, etc. Most of the people there were fans of Fahrenheit. An estimation of over 1,000 fans showed up. Fans who came late did many risks and stood at high dangerous places to see them. Because it was very crowded some fans could not stand the stuffy environment and fainted. The ambulance came to help them. There were even fans who stormed through a restricted area and the security were forced to tell them to go away.

The function for the music label spent a sum of 7 digits. There were 50 security gaurds and about 6, 7 policeman to guard. When Fahrenheit entered the fans immediately went crazy and couldn't stop screaming. Jiro Wang also gave fans kisses and a few cute poses.

Wu Zun Rebuffs Rumor of Fahrenheit Splitting

Calvin Chen explained that the four had not worked together in the past 2 months. This time seeing them together fans were extremely happy. When saying that Wu Zun had the most fans Wu Zun explained that probably he had just one or two more fans. The rest are the fans for the four of them. Fahrenheit also saw fans taking dangerous risks, chasing them in vans, and explained that it is really dangerous and they hoped that fans would stop doing it. As for Fahrenheit splitting, Wu Zun rebuffed the rumor and said that they are currently recording for their second album. They will not be splitting.

Wu Zun arrived to Hong Kong before the other three of Fahrenheit. Reporters pointed and asked if the film with CHUNG YAN TUNG (Gillian Chung) is confirmed. Wu Zun said that he doesn't know and his meeting with EEG was just for a light conversation. His manager immediately popped out and said that Wu Zun is not familiar with the people in EEG. However if he does have the opportunity to work with Gillian he'll be very happy. Filming a movie is his dream after he entered the entertainment industry. After the ceremony Fahrenheit were safely escorted back to their hotel.
